kara's cupcakes does valentine's day
Today I stopped into Kara's Cupcakes in the Marina for some adorably miniature cupcakes.
These lovely mini's come packaged in a bright pink box screaming "open me sweet valentine!"
What's your favorite thing to give or receive - flowers or cupcakes?
I think I will treat myself to these for Weekly Wednesday and attempt to recreate the delicious Kara's red velvet cupcake for Valentine's Day. Check back Friday for the recipe!
I have ordered from Kara's for birthday parties, fundraisers, and holiday shin-digs. Kara's always offers the best cupcake combinations, big or miniature, and allows you to pick the sugary topping of your choice - from hearts and footballs, to stars and snowflakes. Definitely the best cupcakes I have tried, and my go-to: super fluffy, very flavorful, and the perfect amount of frosting.
From time to time I even stop in to try something for myself. My personal favorite is either the holiday peppermint crunch chocolate cupcake, or red velvet.
