I am a huge fan of sweet potatoes. In any form: fries, thin cut, thick cut, baked, mashed, on pizza. They are so delicious.
I know cherry tomatoes aren't exactly in season... but I could not wait to share and make this recipe!
Sometimes you just need a little taste of summer during the winter. Especially when you see little pints of cherry tomatoes in the produce section.
A very simple - yet very delicious - side dish.
I am so ecstatic to say that in March I will be going to Seattle - to attend a food photography and styling workshop hosted by Aran from cannelle vanille and Chelsea from frolic!
